Shiloh Rotherham is a charity that supports adults who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. Based at Station Road, Masborough, our team of staff and volunteers works with partners to provide a non-residential day service three days per week.

Our vision is to help our guests not just with the essentials of life like hot food, clothing, showers and laundry in a warm and friendly environment, but also to support them into getting their lives back on track.

Shiloh now acts as a hub which offers one to one mentoring, access to a wide range of external agencies such as housing, specialists dealing with benefit and money issues, and additional classes and activities to develop our guests’ life skills and mental wellbeing.

Shiloh is a volunteer-led organisation and relies on the generosity of individuals, churches and groups to continue our vital work. We were founded in 1992 on Christian beliefs, Shiloh taking its name from the Bible, where it is referred to as a place of Refuge.  Our support is open to everyone, regardless of their beliefs.

Shiloh is an inspiring place where lives are being changed. We have been awarded the Queen’s award for Voluntary Service which is testament to our volunteers’ commitment and dedication. You are invited to join us and help make a lasting difference to people’s lives and wellbeing. We have a variety of volunteer roles, from working in our excellent kitchen to the welcome team, to being a mentor.

Any donation, no matter how small, is greatly appreciated, whether as a one off or a regular commitment. Food and clothing are also welcome.

Please visit our website if you wish to donate or volunteer with Shiloh.
